Edward Remu Lupin, he was born to Remus Lupin and Nymphadora Tonks. Teddy may have been born to a mother and a father but sadly the war took both away from him. He only knew the stories that others had told him. He knew that his mother was a strong woman, his father may have been a werewolf but he has been one of the bravest men around. He knew his parents had died heroes but he also always held some resentment towards the two. Yes, they had fought in a war that needed to be fought but they has also left him. He had his grandmother and his godfather but he didn’t have his mother and his father, they had both gone to war knowing that they could very well leave him and they did. He always felt guilty for being mad at his parents but he couldn’t help how he felt.

Edward lived with his grandmother Andromeda and of course he was just like his mother, he loved to give his grandmother a hard time. When he was six years old Teddy thought it would be funny to let go of her hand and run off in Diagon Alley. He thought it was the funniest thing in the world well that is until she found him in the caldron shop hiding in a big caldron. Oh boy, did he have his ears chewed off after that escapade. You would think he would have learned his lesson but of course that was just one infraction on a very long list.

When Edward was right years old he went with his godfather to Shell Cottage, Teddy loved to go to Bill and Fleur Weasley’s house. He loved being able to play with their daughter Victoire she was a year younger than him but living with his grandmother he didn’t get much interaction with other children. Teddy and Victoire always liked to ditch her little sister Dominique since she was always the younger one. She was his best friend and he always loved family get together so the two could play. He may not be related by blood but he was part of the Weasley/Potter family. Edward loved spending time with the Potters, his godfather was the one and only Harry Potter and he loved hearing all the stories that Harry had about his father. [break]

When Edward was Eleven he received his Hogwarts letter, he was so excited that moment when the owl flew through the window and dropped the letter right in front of him. He had always wanted to go to school like most wizarding children, he was on his way to becoming an Auror like his Godfather. He was sorted into Gryffindor, he was so happy to be sorted into the same house as his father and godfather. He of course caused trouble at school here and there, he was often in detention but he never got into major trouble… well besides sneaking out of the castle for a good snog during his later years.

Through his years at Hogwarts he began to grow closer to Victoire, she had always been his best friend growing up and as time went on the two started a relationship. Victoire was the first love of Teddy’s life he was very happy with for two years. When Teddy graduated he tried to keep the relationship going but his life got busy and he drifted away from her. He broke up with her in a letter and dropped off the face of the planet when he became an Auror. He didn’t keep in contact with really any of his family; he spent his time hunting dangerous wizards and didn’t find much time to deal with family or a girlfriend. That was until he met Anastasia she was a muggle woman he met on his travels. He always found himself visiting the pub where she worked whenever he was in the area. When he was 21 he found himself staying in her area and wasn’t doing much in the Wizarding world. He soon proposed and the two were married in a small ceremony. Teddy was mostly living a muggle life, he only left once a month to make a little bit of money. Teddy knew that Anastasia hated when he left but he knew that part of him always belonged in the wizarding world. He was away from home for about a week before he returned home, the house was cleared out and a note of Anastasia saying that she couldn’t do this marriage and that it had been a mistake.

Teddy then threw himself back into being an Auror, he also threw himself into drinking in his spare time. Teddy returned home to his grandmother whenever he wasn’t working but he never mentioned his failed marriage. He was now 23 and living a destructive life style, he avoided the family get together because he hadn’t spoken to Victoire since he had sent her the break up letter. He spent most holidays out at pubs. He spent the better part of a year drinking and making not so great decisions; he refused to settle down so he tended to jump from woman to woman.

Now at 24 Teddy has started to clean up his life, he tries not to drink so much but is still estranged from most of his family. He has plans to become a professor at Hogwarts hoping that being a professor will make him stay on a good track instead of falling of hitting rock bottom again.
