Let it never be said that men of substance will stand by and watch as things happen. That is the main thought that drove Albus Dumbledore to his grave. He pushed and pushed, struggling and failing, as things around him continued to spiral out of his control. His sudden death was a shock to all and the poison that killed him was... untraceable. Christmas holidays were suddenly upon them and things were in chaos.
Now, the end of Term is upon them. Things that cannot be changed have been set in motion, and while the Order of the Pheonix mourns, scrambling to elect a new leader, Voldemort is not resting. The ministry has been taken over. Death Eaters freely wander the streets no longer being quiet about their workings. One thing that has remained the same however, is Hogwarts. Minerva McGonagall was appointed Headmistress. Severus Snape is the Deputy Headmaster, and though they are anxious for the term to end it is only the beginning. Classes that are not usually taught are scheduled, and those who do not usually teach will be there: Lupin, Moody and other order members.
The school must be protected at all costs, and McGonagall isn't playing any games. Add into the combinationthe rumors of the Ministry putting out a new Marriage law and everyone is about ready to loose their minds. It's only just beginning, this war is far from over. You'd best brace yourself; A Storm is Coming.
